Return Policy

1. General conditions of return

Our products are mainly intended for professionals (retailers, distributors).
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply personalized, perishable or fast-moving products such as disposable vapes.

So.., no returns or refunds accepted for products opened, used or unsealed after delivery.


2. Defective products or delivery error

If you receive products :

  • Damaged,

  • Defective,

  • Not to order,

The customer must notify us in writing at E-mail:info@jnr-shop.com within 48 hours after receipt, providing :

  • Order number

  • Problem description

  • Clear product photos

Our customer service department will analyze the request and propose, depending on the case :

  • A replacement

  • A credit on your next order

  • Partial reimbursement

Attention No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from our team.


3. Authorized return procedure

If your request is approved by our customer service :

  • Products must be returned new, in their original sealed packagingwith all accessories.

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the event of an error on our part.


4. Processing time

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will :

  • Replacement, or

  • When a credit note is issued, or

  • To reimbursement,
    within 7 to 10 working days.


5. Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products used or opened

  • Products not purchased via jnr-shop.com

  • Claims made outside the 48-hour period after delivery

  • Products damaged by misuse or improper storage
